Shipping Policy:
FREE
standard shipping and handling are included in your custom
Home Plan purchase price.
Please allow up to 10 (ten) business days for delivery of
your plans.
If you need
your plans delivered sooner, please feel free to choose from
one of our various quicker delivery methods (available for
a moderate fee) to fit your time restrictions.
Overnight,
2-day, or 3-day delivery (for delivery in 1-3 business
days): Orders submitted and approved by Noon Central Time
on a regular business day (M-F, major holidays excluded)
will be shipped that same day.
Saturday
or Sunday delivery may be available, IF your order is
submitted and approved by Noon CT on Friday, and IF one
of the available delivery services offers that option in
your delivery zip code.
If
a delivery service fails to deliver your product on the
specified date, we will be liable and responsible ONLY for
the refund of your additional delivery charges, if any.
We will gladly reimburse your shipping charges via the method
they were originally paid for.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
We will not be liable for delays if the information you provide
us is incorrect or incomplete. Please include a valid phone
number for delivery in case the delivery person has trouble
locating you. Any address correction fees charged to us by
the delivery company will be in turn be billed to you if we
determine that the incorrect Ship To information was due to
your error.
Due to security reasons and postal limitations, we can not
ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will require a signature upon delivery; for this reason,
please plan ahead to have someone available to sign for your
plans. We suggest having them delivered to your place of work,
or possibly to a neighbor. If you miss delivery on the first
attempt, don't worry, as most delivery services will reattempt
delivery the next business day. If you will still be unavailable,
please follow the directions or call the customer service
number on the delivery company's door tag/hanger to make other
arrangements. If all else fails, please feel free to contact
us.
If your package is noticeably damaged when received, and you
believe the contents will be unusable, please REFUSE shipment
and contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange
to reship your Home Plans immediately. If the damage appears
to you to be minor (possibly only damage to the outer packaging),
you may accept the package, BUT have the delivery person note
the damage on the delivery record (or electronically) in case
a claim needs to be filed at a later date. Please notify us
immediately if you later find that the damage requires replacement
of all or some of the blueprints, or if you find concealed
damage, or if the contents are not as ordered. Replacement
of damaged contents or contents not as ordered will require
the return of those contents to us before we can ship the
replacements.
**We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy
on a case-by-case basis - we want to make your experience
with us as satisfying as possible!
